For fastest and most reliable shipping choose our UPS option at checkout.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.

If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our reshipment along with providing an updated address.

Shipping Policy

If your package is lost in transit please email us at info@chantillyrue.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

Return and Refund Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Chantilly Rue Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for refund if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges.

Return Instructions

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS.

No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@chantillyrue.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
